Aircraft Twirls Wildly into Palm Groves at Frequented California Coast
A chopper soaring near a well-attended southern California shoreline unexpectedly commenced twirling uncontrollably, eventually dropping height and plunging into a line of palm fronds as onlookers looked on.
Recordings posted on the internet capture the chopper starting to spin over Huntington Beach then falling near the perimeter of the shore, where it gets stuck amidst palm trees and a steps near the Pacific Coast highway.
First Aid Update
Emergency responders stated five persons were transported to a medical facility comprising a pair who were in the chopper and were ârescued from the debrisâ after the incident on that day.
Three people on the street were injured. Specifics on their injuries were not yet released.
